Reschedule or Cancel

Please schedule your follow-up appointment before leaving the office. Loss to follow-up is a preventable cause of worsening health, so please keep in touch!

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Laboratory Studies and Other Tests

We do not have an on-site laboratory for specimen collection. If your nephrologist has asked you to check labs prior to your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can review the results during your visit.
